First Visit
If you are a new client, please complete the forms sent to you via email prior to your first visit. We will review these during your first visit so I can answer any questions or concerns you may have. If any questions arise while completing the forms, please reach out to me.

Arrowleaf Counseling is located at 2955 Valmont Road in Suite 310. Parking spaces are available in front of the building. When you arrive, take the stairs to the top floor; suite 310 will be on your left. Please come in, have a seat, and enjoy some water or tea. I will meet you in the waiting area at the time of your appointment.
What to Expect
It's very common to be nervous or anxious before your first visit. This makes sense as you're taking a big step to seek support and engage in a rewarding yet challenging experience. During your first visit, we'll take some time to discuss what brings you to counseling and what you hope to gain from our time together. We'll also review the forms you completed, and I will give you an idea of what our work may look like moving forward. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and see how I can be helpful.
Insurance
Arrowleaf Counseling is an in-network provider for Aetna (Colorado & Montana), Cigna (Colorado & Montana), and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado. If you have health insurance, it usually provides some coverage for mental health treatment. However, coverage often varies significantly across policies, which is why it's important to contact your insurance provider to learn about your coverage. You can contact your plan directly by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Your program administrator can help you understand what to expect regarding the financial investment for treatment. Questions you may want to ask include:

-
Are outpatient therapy services covered within my plan?
-
Are there limits to my coverage?
-
What's my deductible (individual/family)?
-
What's my co-pay?
