More about Amanda
Amanda is a licensed professional counselor in both Colorado and Montana and holds an additional license as an addiction counselor in Montana. Her extensive background includes working with individuals dealing with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, co-dependency, and attachment trauma. Amanda’s journey into counseling began with a desire to support others in overcoming negative patterns and building resilience, and this passion shines through in her work with each client.

Amanda focuses on empowering clients through techniques that promote emotional regulation, self-compassion, and healing from relationship conflicts. She understands that every individual’s experience is unique and tailors her approach to meet clients where they are, helping them build a stronger sense of self and navigate their path toward healing and personal growth.

Outside of counseling, Amanda enjoys connecting with friends and family—preferably on mountain bikes or skis. She is an avid reader and bluegrass music enthusiast.
